From Cyndi Battle Born is a spinoff of my Shadow Assassins series. However, it's not necessary to have read the earlier books to enjoy these new stories. All of my books are cross-genre romances. They blend elements of science-fiction, fantasy, and paranormal romance. The Battle Born books will lean a bit more toward sci-fi, but there will still be plenty of steamy romance. Enjoy!

This is Raina and Kotto's story, and what a story it is. Love this series, Cyndi just keeps delivering. Raina is best friends with Ashley and Ashley helps recruit Raina for the space station. Kotto wants Raina, they are DNA compatible. Raina is intelligent and is spirited. Again, the characters and story line just pull you in. These are the kind of stories I crave. They keep my interest and I can get lost in the world that the author has developed in her story
This series is so interesting, but there are so many editing errors that it is frustrating. If editing can be done thoroughly this would be a 4-5 star tale.
Cyndi nailed it in this exciting, second installment of Battle Born. Raina and Kotto are a DNA match, but more than that, they have a scorching hot heat for each other. I love all the sci-fi elements in this series and it has the perfect touch of naughtiness to keep things sizzling. I can't wait to begin Battle Born Book 3.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Extremely well written story. Well developed, vivid, and relatable characters. I was engaged immediately to the plot and the story pulled me in so quickly that I couldn't set it down until I found out what happened in the end!! This is a great addition to anyone's e-library!!!!!!
This series has been just as enticing as Cyndi Friberg's previous series. I enjoyed Raina's introduction to a world she didn't think existed. And then Kotto learning to be commander in such a difficult situation. To top it off, the relationship between the two of them starting out with a struggle but growing into more. I loved this story and the characters. Looking forward to more!
This was number two in the series and it was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoy all of the characters in these stories and can't wait to read the next one! I hope that they keep getting better all the time.
I really liked how Kotto was so very patient with Raina. She is not comfortable in social situations. She does not trust easily. She is close to her cousin and Ashley. I really liked how Raina bloomed under Kottos attention. I'm so curious about the moon. Now I'm curious about Lady M too.
